- Providing technical as well as non-technical (billing and sales) support to customers, owning our services.
- Handling DMCA complaints, Phishing complaints, and other such sensitive complaints, that interrupt customers from using our services as well as interrupting us while accomplishing our responsibilities.
- Configuring and troubleshooting web servers, mail servers, and database servers.
- Configuring and troubleshooting hosting control panels such as WHM/cPanel, Plesk, SolidCP, DirectAdmin, etc.
- Providing pre and post-sales services.
- Participating in board meetings for improving working mechanisms of shifts.
- Working with scheduled maintenance for each server node.
